COMMON Q&A |

Q: What's the trick to successfully jumping on platforms?
A: Controlling this type of game with a virtual gamepad is difficult because there are no tactile buttons to press. As a result, your thumbs often drift and you don't jump when you thought you had pressed the jump button. This can make jumping on platforms difficult. So, the best thing to do is always jump first before pushing forward. This way, if you miss the jump button you won't just walk right off of the platform to your death. Jump first, and push forward - works like a charm. |

Q: How do a I save in the middle of a level?
A: Every time you touch a checkpoint in a level, the game state is instantly saved, so if your game gets interrupted by a phone call, or if you abort with the Home button, then the next time you launch Otto Matic it let you resume from that checkpoint. |
