When you complete a level and save the game, the solution for the level is saved into your Saved Game file. If you ever want to look and see how you solved a particular level, you can do it simply by selecting VIEW YOUR SOLUTIONS from the PLAY GAME menu. You will be asked to select the saved game file (.e2sg). Once the file is loaded you can view all of the levels that you have completed so far by clicking the Next / Previous buttons at the bottom of the screen.
