This is really one of the easiest levels in the game, but it's one of the levels we get the most tech support about. Many people try to over think this level and that just gets them clobbered. Don't try to spin around and play stunt man on this level; that'll only get you smacked into a nail or blob. Just ride down the center of the sewer and only tilt left/right when you see something approaching. You'll inevitably hit a few things getting thru, but a few hits won't kill you.
