The Ants and Fire Ants take two or three hits to kill. Kicking or ramming into an Ant will only knock him down. The second hit will usually finish him off; Ants with spears require three hits to knock down for good.

LEVEL 5: HIVE ATTACK

This is the first Boss level and its really fairly easy. Just fly to the middle of the area and shoot the dangling bee hive. Each time you hit the hive, some flying Bees will come out of it and attack you, but they're not too tough to avoid. Just keep firing at the hive and eventually it will burst into flames and you will have won the level.

Several people have tried to enter the little door on the hive. Don't bother trying, it won't work. Its just there for looks. Early in development the programmers had planned on blasting the door open so you could enter, but decided against that for reasons of scale.
