Same as the Sewer, this is really one of the easiest levels in the game. Don't try to spin around and play stunt man on this level; that'll only get you smacked. Just ride down the center of the pipe and only tilt left/right when you see something approaching. You'll inevitably hit a few things getting thru, but a few hits won't kill you.
